You'll have to take the stairs, but be careful because there are cockroaches at the bottom flight of stairs when you reach the "basement" of this crazy hospital.
Once down in the basement of the hospital, you'll notice that there are 4 rooms down there, but you will only be able to access one of those 4 rooms.
The room that is accessible is the Generator Room, so head to the Generator Room which is the next door down from the stairway.
You have to turn the flashlight to be able to see anything in there. You should see a panel on the generator that's open, go investigate it and then you should manage to turn the power for the elevators.
Now you must head back to the first floor but you can now either use the stairway or the elevator to get there.
The reason to head back to the first floor so you can head to the reception desk to save your game because you don't know what the hell's going to go on next.
Once you have done that go back to the elevator [in west wing] to make an attempt to go to floors 2 and 3.
Once you tried exploring the 2nd and 3rd floors head back to the elevator and there is something weird on the panel.
A mysterious 4th floor is now on the panel. What does this suppose to mean? The moment that you exit the elevator you'll see the girl in blue entering the antique shop.
Look for a set of double doors since you don't have a map for this UNKNOWN area of the hospital. You will want to go on the other side of the doors then there should be another hall with low light to see.
The weird thing is that when you go through the double doors that they will somehow lock behind you. Head to the far end of the hall you're in now and you'll notice that the visibility without the flashlight is completely zero, and just like the last hall, the doors will be locked so you can't open them right now.
Turn on the flashlight and take the stairs back down to the third floor at the far end of the hallway, now head back down to the third floor.
Once you're are back on the third floor go through the double doors at the bottom of the first flight of the stairs. You'll see a zombie nurse, make sure you pump her full of lead and then head straight to the bathroom.
While in the bathroom you'll see something in blue on the windowsill. Take the "Plate of the Turtle" and leave. As you leave you will hear 'something' break'.
The Labyrinth This next section is a fairly straightforward labyrinth. Area 1: Run to the end of the corridor and exit through the double doors.
Area 2: Run to the end and through the double doors. Area 3: Exit the room through the door at the far corner. Area 4: Exit at the end of the corridor.
Area 5: Go to the end of the hall and exit through the right side door. Area 6: Go past the morgue lockers and exit through the doors.

Descend the ladder and exit to the first floor. You will find a memo on the wall for clues to the upcoming clock puzzle hanging on the bulletin board.
The goal here is to match up two colors per row that will create the third color on the far right side.
The solution in the image is the correct one. For the first row press the 1st and 2nd buttons. For the second row press the 3rd and 4th buttons.
For the third row press the 2nd and 4th buttons. This will unlock the kitchen behind you. At the table, pick up a key.
You'll find a clock at the end. Make note of the clock the face reads Inside, run to the far end and examine the memo if you do not examine this memo, then you will die after falling into a hole you must jump into later.
This is the Mellow Gates shop. You can head over to the clock in the corner and see that the face reads , which is the solution to the puzzle you already solved.
